When he's not on the telly, Voiceover Man can often be found hanging out at The Bar Italia.
Voiceover Man's "on screen" tv career started with character roles on "Steve Wright People's Show" Series 1 & 2 for BBC 1 TV. It was never recommissioned. No one was that surprised.
Dennis Potter, the acclaimed TV playwright and a fan of Voiceover Man's Radio shows offered him, more out of pity than anything else, some small cameo roles in several of his controversial and award winning TV Dramas.

More Television beckoned in 1994, when he was cast for various parts in the award winning "Harry Enfield and Chums", and Voiceover Man was Patrick Kielty's first choice for the live voice work on Channel 4's ten part series "Last Chance Lottery - Live".

Jim Moir (aka Vic Reeves) and Bob Mortimer (aka Bob Mortimer) teamed up with him and the late Patrick Allen (aka Patrick Allen) on all six episodes of "The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer" for BBC2. The DVD is now available in all good record shops. The series also starred a young Matt Lucas (off of Little Britain) and Uncle Peter (off of the wrong end of the Wrenglands Estate in Notts). It was produced by a young Charlie Higson (AKA Swiss Tony) who went on to enjoy fame as Ralph off of Ted and Ralph and who is now a successful children's author aka Charlie Higson.
He has also contributed to 11 series of the award winning BBC 1 tv panel game "They Think It's All Over" presented by Nick Hancock who has now been forced to make TV commercials for Morrisons to earn a living.

Lord Bruce Forsyth DSO and Bar of Edmonton asked Voiceover Man to voice the famous "Come on Down's" and prize descriptions for 7 series of ITV's massive game show hit, "Bruce's Price is Right", on air since 1995. They even briefly shared a dressing room. Ask him about the Complan, Sanatogen and the royal jelly, next time you see him.
The UK and global entertainment legend that is: His Excellency Lord Sir Bruce Forsyth OBE, DSO and Bar, with whom Voiceover Man once shared a slice of Edam cheese and some Medjool dates in a Leeds hotel room in 1995. Don't ask!
Ex Controller of Entertainment at ITV, Mark Marky Wellsman, made sure he was on board for the 25 part series of "Family Fortunes" starring Les Dennis, for "Late Night with Jerry Springer" for both ITV and Channel 5 in the UK, for "Soapstar Superstar" 2006 & 2007 and for the ITV quiz show "It's not the Answer" hosted by ex Eastender's star Nadia Sawalla.
Voiceover Man was also the voice of choice for producers Georgie Hurford Jones and James Sunderland and director Chris Power on Ant and Dec's Gameshow Marathon in 2005 - a series which reignited the fortunes of the game show genre in the UK. The series was recommissioned with Voiceover Man and Vernon Kay as host, in 2007.
In 2008 and 2009 Voiceover Man was called into the ADR suite to rescue four episodes of Ashes to Ashes - starring Phillip Glennister - for the BBC and Harley Street - for ITV1 - duties he was glad to perform for his usual fee. He has also starred in the BBC2 Series "Teethgrinder" and the BBC 1 Series "HEDZ" - which won two BAFTA Awards in 2008.
In 2009 His imposing vocal presence heralded the start of the 8 part "Chris Moyles' Quiz Night" on Channel 4 and Michael McIntyre's Comedy on Tour for BBC 1.
He provided his unique commentary on 11 episodes of "Guinness World records Smashed" on Sky 1.
